The 4th of July had many surprises: an incredibly short parade, exceptionally good company, a delicious lunch and a very mobile baby who kept everyone on their toes. There were also 3 sets of fireworks that evening to enjoy from our driveway. They seemed to take turns shooting them off so we had a panoramic view of them all. To top it off we had the best peach pie in all of Florida for dessert. Life is good!
